3 The Vodfone travel agreement is charged at 0,29 €/Min. plus 0,75 € per call to all German networks and within the foreign country. Incoming calls are charged at 0,75 € per call plus 0,20 €/Min. after the 61st call min. The Vodafone travel agreement is valid in the following countries: Egypt, Albany, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Eastland, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Lithia, Luxemburg, Malta, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech, Turkey, Hungary und Cypress. These prices are valid for standard calls only and do not apply for data, video-calls and discounts for rate options. Respectively, the first minute is charged in full, thereafter charges are billed in 1/2 minute increments. Applicable for the billing cycle is the German time zone, not the foreign country's time zone. Otherwise, the CallYa Roaming rate applies. The CallYa-Roaming Plus is not available to mobi. The Vodafone travel agreement is valid for data connections through APN wap. vodafone.de in the Vodafone networks of the above mentioned countries with the exception of Norway. This will be charged at 0,10 €/50 KB plus 0,50 € per call. If you have also booked the rate-option Vodafone Happy-Live! UMTS for CallYa, you may surf live on Vondafone without further charges for data transfer. The only other charge applicable is a connection fee of 0,50 € per connection. Because the caller does not know that you are in a foreign country, he only pays the charges for the connection to the German Vodafone net for his call. The costs for transfer to a foreign network will be charged directly to your CallYa account. Prices include VAT.

4 Upon booking, the rate option mobi mega-flat rate will allow you to call the German land lines and all mobi numbers unlimited without additional charges nationally for 30 days at a rate of 13,95 €. The rate-option becomes effective with the booking date and charge of the use-flat rate and ends after 30 days. No automatic extension. Calls to German Mobile networks, international calls, SMS, calls to mailboxes, and data traffic are not included and aresubject to charges pursuant the terms of the applicable rate. 5 “0 EUR connection fee option”: €1.99/month. With the “0 euro connection fee option”, the €0.15 connection fee per call for standard calls from the German Vodaphone network to international and mobile networks according to clause 2 will not be charged. The fee for the monthly option will be deducted monthly. If there is no credit balance for the monthly option price, an additional connection fee of €0.15 per call will be charged for standard calls at the mobile rate; when credit is added, the flat rate will be deducted automatically, and then monthly thereafter.

6 The mobi international Flat 500 option allows you to make calls worth 500 call minutes from the German Vodafone network to landlines and mobile phone networks in the following countries. Landlines: Germany, Turkey, Poland, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Rumania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, France, USA, Canada, Bahamas, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Morocco, China, India and Thailand. Mobile networks: Russia, USA, Canada, Bahamas, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, China and Thailand. All special service prefixes and value-added services excluded. The option is available at a cost of € 9.95 and is valid for 30 days after booking. No automatic extension. Calls are charged per minute (60/60). Calls made after this option has been used up or beyond this option are charged according to the standard tariff. Unused minutes expire after 30 days.
